The HOME Foundation owns 23 rental units, located in the Borough of State College, which are offered to income-qualified households. Leases are written on an annual basis and rents are calculated via HUD guidelines. All of our units have been renovated and have received energy-saving upgrades.

Kemmerer Road Apartments
This lovely mid-century modern building has nine rental units. Five units are leased at reduced rental rates and four are leased at market rate rents.
